Codelocks CL5000 series electronic door locks provide top of the rnage keyless code based access control to provide security without the need for external wiring, external power supplies or computer servers.  These locks are suitable for use on interior or exterior doors and are tested to Grade 2 ANSI-A156.25 standards for control and convenience.   A full size keypad has keys layed out in an easily recognized 3 x 4 format.

Up to 80 individual user codes may be programmed.  In addition up to 10 One-Time codes can be programmed to allow one time access to guests, contractors, etc.  Programming is accomplished via a master code while the lock remains on the door.

The outside latch normally moves freely without operating the latchbolt.  When a valid code is entered, the blue indicator lights and the leverl will retract the latchbolt.  The key can be used to open the door for management functions.  Latch automatically latches when door closes.

Two remote input connections on the lock allow for a remote reception button release and alarm release.  The alarm release will leave the door unlocked for 30 minutes to allow emergency personnel to enter.

LED indicator shows locked and unlocked states.  A built-in TAMPER alarm alerts in case of tampering.

Locks are powered by 4 x AA batteries that can provide around 200,000 operations using fresh, quality batteries.    A low battery warning lets the user know when batteries need changing.
