The DoorBird D1101KV is an attractive, surface-mounted single-unit video intercom device. Once connected to a local area network, users can use their favourite mobile devices to speak to live visitors, review events and recordings, and even control an electric door strike—from anywhere where users can get online; and real-time audio/video optimization for WiFi or cellular connections ensures crystal clear transmission every time. Can be used for both standalone, video doorbell and access control solutions; as well as extensive integration options into popular smart home platforms like Control4, Loxone, Crestron, Synology, AVM FRITZ!Fon, URC, QNAP, RTI, ELAN, Fibaro, Bang & Olufsen and more.
Open API options allow users to create custom routines, schedules and integrations; while extended hardware options like built-in 4D motion sensors, light sensors, Bluetooth- and RFID-enabled geofencing for automatic locking and unlocking when users leave home, and more. External bistable latching relay (1-24VAC/DC @ 1A) provides enough power to control most electronic locks and door openers.
Additional keypad allows users to call up to 500 individual codes to trigger specific events—ie. calling off-site caretakers, PIN-entry relay and locking control, HTTP requests, etc.—along with a customizable, backlit 1-button intercom for visitors.
Convenient installation via 2-wire bell transformer or PoE allows for quick installation, and the included flush-mounting backbox ensures that the intercom can be installed directly out of the box. Ultra wide-angle, hemispheric 180° lens captures de-warped, horizon-to-horizon shots in crisp, 1080p resolution—and with the built-in night time IR, users can view who is coming and going, day or night, with unparalleled clarity.
