The DH-TAM1GT1GT-30 PoE+ Midspan is made to function in lightning-prone applications and in extremely hot conditions. Within a small housing, the midspan provides one PoE+ (802.3at) port and an internal power supply. For simple IP camera, wireless access point, or VoIP phone installation, the midspan transmits both data and power over an Ethernet connection.
