The Hikvision 8-Channel 5MP 1U H.265 DVR offers 8 channels of H.265 Pro+, high-definition video from analog CCTV cameras using BNC-style connections. Up to 16 network cameras can be incorporated alongside standard analog cameras to create a low-cost hybrid system with advanced analytics—all without incurring major installation costs.

H.265 video compression paired with full channel recording up to 8MP ensures crystal clear video from supported high-definition cameras (analog or digital), and Deep Learning based on vehicle/human targets greatly reduces false alarm events, even on legacy CCTV systems without extant smart functionality.

Supports HDTVI, AHD, CVI, CVBS and IP video inputs; up to 8MP @ 8 fps or 5MP @ 12 fps encoding. Built-in HDMI output can display live or recorded video up to 4K UHD natively, as well as simultaneous output from the additional HDMI and VGA outputs of up to 16-channels (synchronous). Hik-Connect and DDNS management allows for easy remote network management and configuration; transforming older analog on-site CCTV setups into powerful networked systems.
