The ELK-P212S is a power supply and battery charger board providing up to 2A at 12VDC. It's perfect for providing power to panels or auxiliary devices like sirens, annunciators, keypads, motion detectors, zone expanders, etc. The outputs are protected by PTC self-resetting circuit breakers. Abnormal conditions (AC fail, low battery) are reported both by the RS232 connection for use with Elk panels, as well as by way of on-board relay outputs for use with other brand alarms, access control panels, etc.
Just add a 12VDC rechargeable battery up to 12aH, a power supply such as TP4016 and you're set.
