The Fibaro FGFS-101-ZW5 is a ZWave Plus combination water leak sensor and temperature sensor with a built-in visual indicator and audio alarm. It has a beautiful slim design, and it even floats. It can work with Zwave and ZWave Plus hubs.

The Fibaro water and temperature detector can be set to operate in dual mode to detector water and temperature or in temperature only mode where it is more practical to report room temperature or floor temperature for floor heating systems.
The built-in water detecting legs are telescoping and self-levelling, so they work even on uneven surfaces or small ridges. Or you can add an external probe wire (not included).
It can be connected to a wired alarm system or dialer using the onboard NC (normally closed) output terminals.
The sensor is normally battery-powered or can be powered by an optional power supply.
