WatchNET’s MPIX-21MP4X is a mini PTZ dome camera with a 2.1 megapixel lens with 4x optical zoom. It can be powered using the 12VDC power supply it comes with or use PoE. The camera comes with an IP66 weather resistance and IK10 vandal-resistance rating which make it a great fit for outdoor applications. It’s compatible with both Android and Apple devices.
During the day, it’ll record in full-colour 1080p HD and upon detecting low lighting will switch to black and white for night vision. The camera’s wide dynamic range settings a 2D/2D digital noise reduction help to provide clear nighttime footage by preventing over/underexposed image as well as removing grain and dust.
While it’s always best to have WatchNET cameras paired with WatchNET NVR’s, the MPIX-21MP4X is an ONVIF compliant model meaning it’ll work with NVR’s from other companies that are ONVIF compliant as well.
