The Aeotec Water Sensor 7 Pro is a 3-in-1 Gen 7 ZWave 700 series sensor that can protect your home or property from costly damage. The Water Sensor 7 Pro detects water leaks or flooding with its attached wired probe. It also has built-in temperature and humidity monitoring that reports the status back to your ZWave enabled smart hub.
The water probe's stainless steel tip can detect as little as .5mm / 0.02 inches of water on a surface to quickly detect small water leaks.
When used with a compatible hub, you can receive email or texts alerts or take proactive measures like automatically turning off the water supply using a ZWave water valve or turning on a sump pump with a Zwave switch.
The ZWA019 Water Sensor 7 Pro is compatible with a number of smart home hubs and software, including SmartThings, Fibaro Home Centre, Home Assistant, HomeSeer/Hometroller, Hubitat, Ezlo.
For hubs that support SmartStart, enrollment is as simple as scanning the QR code.
