eComfax - SMB

The eComFax SMB is a virtual fax service that allows you to send/receive faxes and other electronic documents aimed at Small and Medium sized Businesses. It is intended to be used by customers that mainly receive faxes and are looking for a cost effective solution. The service can be accessed from a desktop or a mobile device using a web interface or via email. This service can be used for a total of 3 email addresses. This subscription comes with unlimited inbound credits for fax reception and 500 outbound credits. The inbound reception is subject to a reasonable usage policy and cannot be used in call centers or continuous or extensive fax reception environments. When customer has only 20% of credits available, an email or an SMS notification is sent notifying the customer of low credits. Additional credits can be purchased if required.
