About the product
The Honeywell Wireless Smoke/Heat Detector is a photoelectric multi-criteria detector with built in alarming for smoke, heat, rapid rate-of-rise, and even low-temperature detection. Multi-criteria alarming ensures highly-accurate and early detection of fires with reduced nuisance and false alarms. Photoelectric sensors in the detector are designed to detect smoke from common synthetic and plastic materials-- like furniture and carpeting—which typically burn much faster and hotter than standard combustible material.
Meets UL 268 7th Edition requirements; ideal for hard-to-reach locations, or locations where combustible materials are stored.
Built-in sounder and battery-powered operation allows for standalone or sensor operation. Compatible with any Resideo Security Control System with 5800 technology (Honeywell Vista, ProSeries) with an RF receiver. 345 MHz RF frequency.
