Guillotine-style paper cutter is strong enough to trim thick paper materials such as presentations, photos, laminated items and more. Self-sharpening, stainless steel blades cut up to 15 sheets of paper at a time. Alignment grid and dual scale ruler allow precise measuring. Protective guard-rail safety feature plus a blade latch hook locks the blade for safe storage. Plastic housing conceals the tension mechanism for added protection.
