They can also conveniently answer the door with pre-recorded customizable greetings, or use the built-in Alexa greetings offered with the Ring Protect Subscription (not included).

This product features 1536 HD 150-degree field of view head-to-toe video and HD audio, with 3D motion Detection so property owners can see everything crystal clear. The Ring Doorbell Pro 2 also has a virtual aerial birds-eye-view option so they can see where motion happened and where visitors went.

Your customers will be able to pinpoint movement with 3D motion Detection and set customizable zones from up to 30 feet away to ensure they know exactly where and when anything happens on their property. With precise motion-activated sensors, they can be notified on their smartphone, tablet, or PC, the minute someone steps onto the property. The Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 also features customizable privacy settings to ensure your customer's data is secure.
Works with Amazon's Alexa
With a Ring Protect Subscription (not included) customers can use built-in Alexa greetings to say hello or give instructions to anyone at the door. Alexa can also announce whenever someone presses the doorbell or triggers the sensitive motion sensors. With this subscription, customers also have the option to save and share videos and photos to catch up on anything they missed.
Please note that existing doorbell wiring is required for this product. A Ring Protection Subscription is needed for some features.
