About the product
The Leviton In-Wall Combination Humidity Sensor and Fan Control with Light Switch combines a traditional in-wall fan controller with a built-in humidity sensor, automatically detecting excess humidity and activating ventilation to lessen condensation, reduce mold and mildew growth, and improve living spaces—all without external sensors or more complex smart home systems. Advanced sensing enhances detection when the room is occupied and minimizes false triggers when unoccupied. Operating modes include bathroom fan, air cycle and humidistat.
State-of-the-art digital sensing and built-in microprocessor continuously monitors humidity in installed areas, and allows users to fully adjust sensitivity, desired humidity targets, and time-out settings. Designed to work with most common bathroom ventilation fans, or fan/light combos; as well as more creative applications like greenhouse humidity control, home spas, laundry rooms, or preventing mold growth in humid climates or damp environments like basements.
Works with or without neutral connection. Compatible with ventilation fans up to ¼ HP, as well as LED, CFL, incandescent, halogen, MLV and ELV lighting loads.
