Only the function keys and directional arrow keys clustered below the right-hand Shift key are non-standard. The dedicated numeric keypad on the right-hand side of the keyboard is ideal for those who require it for regular numeric data entry. This keyboard uses high quality low-travel (2 mm) Matias scissor-switch membrane keyswitches, with slightly concave keycap tops to improve accuracy when keying. At just 14.25"" in width, this keyboard is over 3.0"" narrower on the right side than the average conventional keyboard. This significantly reduces the distance required to reach for the mouse to the right of the keyboard, while still retaining full keyboard functionality. The low profile housing also greatly reduces the risk of the wrists being forced to bend upwards into an uncomfortable position."
