About the product
The Macurco GD-2A is a low voltage electronic methane (natural gas) and propane (heating gases) detector, typically connected to alarm or fire panels or for use in RVs. The GD-2A can be surface mounted on a wall, or flush mounted to a double gang junction box.
Macurco GD-2A Methane, Natural Gas, Propane Detector Features:
- Surface mount on double gang box, or Flush Mount on wall
- Powered by 12-24 VAC or 12-24 VDC
- N.O. or N.C. Alarm Relay rated 100 mA @ 40VDC
- N.C. Trouble/Supervisory relay, rated .250 A @ VDC
- No maintenance Sensor
- Can be latching or self restoring
- Solid state sensor, no maintenance or calibration required
- Does NOT have any built-in buzzer or sounder. See GD-2B if needed
- Coverage Area: 900 sq. ft.
- Alarm Setting 25% of LEL per UL 2075
- Does NOT detect smoke or carbon monoxide
