DSC’s PG9994 is a wireless outdoor PIR motion sensor from the PowerSeries Neo line. This 2-way detector uses a combination of elliptic-parabolic mirror optics for extended range and higher detection sensitivity. Advance motion analysis lets it get a more accurate of objects it detects by measuring time, amplitude, background temperature, the size of the target and direction of motion. In addition to these, it also uses obsidian black mirror technology to help eliminate white light interference and increase the detector's sensitivity. It’s vandal resistant and pet immune up to 18kg (40lbs).
As a sensor with PowerG technology in it, it makes use of features like Multichannel, Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum technology, 128-bit AES encryption for improved security, TDMA synchronized communication, adaptive power transmission for extended battery life and high range transmission ranges.
