The TRENDnet 12-Port 10G PoE++ Web Smart Switch with 4 10G SFP+ ports is a powerful, all-in-one solution for traffic management and power distribution designed for large-scale SMB networks and power-hungry surveillance systems running off PoE, PoE+ or PoE++. With an easy-to-use web interface, administrators can optimize and manage network traffic and bandwidth allocation; create VLANs and VLAN groups; set up QoS for traffic priority on essential systems; create per-port bandwidth controls, and more—even from remote locations.
Perpetual PoE eliminates downtime on connected hardware by providing constant electrical connection, even when data is interrupted on system reboots or updating, preventing critical data loss or equipment malfunction. PoE Alive Check automatically recovers disconnected devices and re-connects unresponsive devices like cameras—ideal for automatically readdressing cameras in places prone to power failures or network interruptions like rural areas or isolated properties.
Featuring eight 10GBASE-T PoE++ ports and four 10G fiber SFP+ ports, users and installers can incorporate long-distance, high-speed copper connections for 10G networks; expanding and optimizing SMB networks and long-range, multi-zone security systems like industrial properties or multi-unit commercial security systems.
