The Honeywell T10+ Pro Smart Thermostat Kit with EIM and Sensors is an ENERGY STAR® certified smart thermostat kit that enables custom heating/cooling for individual rooms, along with a host of remote control and monitoring options. Designed for multi-stage heat & cool systems: including up to 4H/2C Heat Pump or 3H/2C Conventional (with EIM); gas, oil, electric, steam / gravity systems and dual fuel.
With the Honeywell Resideo App, users can remotely check-in on room temperatures, adjust scheduling and enable geofencing for automatic on/off when end-users come and go. Customizable room control via included RedLINK sensors prioritizes heat and cooling in individual rooms as opposed to the entire system, allowing users to integrate independent devices like humidifiers/dehumidifiers, ventilation and other climate control products without extensive re-wiring.
Additional features like smart alerting and adaptive learning sends alerts for critical temperatures and filter changes while automatically adjusting heating/cooling cycles to maximize comfort and HVAC system uptime.
Up to 20 unique RedLINK sensors can be added to a single thermostat, including wireless outdoor temperature and humidity sensors, wired indoor sensors, wired outdoor sensors and floor slab sensors. Each wireless RedLINK sensor has an effective 200' distance indoors, and up to 1200' line-of-sight outdoors.
