Los adaptadores HBA SAS/SATA PCIe Gen4 de 12 Gb para ThinkSystem 440-8i y 440-16i son adaptadores de bus host PCIe 4.0 de alto rendimiento para la conectividad de almacenamiento interno en servidores ThinkSystem. Estos adaptadores integran las últimas mejoras en tecnología SAS y ofrecen 8 o 16 líneas SAS de 12 Gbps. Están disponibles en dos formatos: PCIe de perfil bajo y un diseño personalizado. El adaptador personalizado se conecta a un puerto PCIe 4.0 x8 integrado en el servidor y no ocupa una ranura PCIe estándar.
