The BRK 7030BSLA is a 120V wired-in detector that combines a Smoke alarm and Carbon Monoxide Alarm with an LED strobe light for accessibility in a compact package. The warranty is a full 10 years and even the built-in battery backup is maintenance-free with a 10-year life.
The built-in 177 Candela LED smart strobe flashes a different pattern for smoke vs carbon monoxide. The LED strobe has a longer life and is much smaller than traditional strobes. These strobes are perfect for people who are Deaf, deafened, or hard of hearing and are also required in some new home builds or renovations.
