The Alfred DB1-A motorized smart deadbolt is a stylish, keyless Bluetooth and PIN-based door lock. The Alfred DB1-A is an upgraded version of the base model DB1 with built-in keyway to support a backup key (2x backup keys are included).
Create up to 20 PIN codes for family members, deliveries or employees. PIN codes can be permanent, one time use only, or with time restraints. One-touch unlock combined with geofencing allows the user to easily unlock the door when coming home, and automatically lock when leaving.
The free iOS and Android apps from Alfred allow for programming and control of the lock without the need for the lock to connect to WiFi or Internet.
The DB1A deadbolt smart lock uses a hardened steel roller and has a 20 minute residential fire rating for safety.
The optional Alfred Connect WiFi bridge can be added to allow remote Internet control and settings updates, as well as connection to select smart platforms. It also enables integration with Google Home Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice assistants.
PLEASE NOTE: This model does NOT support add-in modules. If you need ZWave support please see DB1-B-BL model. Optional WiFi bride required for remote control, alerts or integrations. Bluetooth keys do not require WiFi module.
