The multi-purpose fixed tablet form factor 21.5-inch I-Series for Windows interactive signage delivers commercial-grade computing with the capabilities, security and enterprise infrastructure of a powerful Windows-based platform with a sleek, ultra-thin, yet durable fixed tablet form factor at only 1.8 inches thick. The I-Series is designed for easy in-field system upgrades and ease of serviceability bringing reliability and performance with the latest developments in touchscreen technology. The fully integrated I-Series is ideal for immersive interactive applications in all commercial markets including retail, hospitality, gaming, corporate and medical environments. And with flexible mounting options in portrait, landscape and tabletop orientation using Elo wall, floor and tabletop mounting accessories, application use is endless.

The touchscreen computer offers the processing power needed for seamless engagement in any environment with the latest Intel processors. The 6th-generation Intel Skylake i5 with HD530 graphics for top-end performance or the fan-less Braswell Celeron are ideal for ultra-low noise environments. The I-Series for Windows can be pre-installed with Windows 10, Windows 8.1, or Windows 7, or with no OS.

Available in two wide-format display sizes, 15.6 inches and 21.5 inches, the I-Series for Windows all-in-one touchscreen features our industry-leading TouchPro™ projective capacitive (PCAP) technology that provide a 10-touch tablet-like interactive experience. With edge-to-edge glass, it is easy to clean with no edges to trap dirt and grease.

Create additional interactive touchpoints with our built-in Bluetooth and optional peripherals, including near-field communication (NFC/RFID), mag strip reader (MSR), barcode reader and other general purpose analog I/O (GPIO) accessories. Or add a stand and a customer-facing display to create a seamless point of sale system.

The 21.5-inch I-Series delivers the quality and reliability Elo is known for, and is backed by our 3-year standard warranty, extendable to five years. Unlike tablets, the product is designed for long-term commercial use with no mechanical components (such as fans or spinning drives) and no battery. All our products go through rigorous reliability testing (over 20 tests) to deliver 50,000 MTBF. The 21.5-inch I-Series meets EN62262 IK06 & UL60950 ball drop impact protection.
