This driveway alarm kit includes 250 feet of direct burial wire to connect the probe to the outer case. Bury the probe parallel to the driveway, or run it to a nearby post containing the transmitter box. The system will detect vehicles within 10-13 feet. When a vehicle triggers the system, the transmitter will send a signal to the RE-4K+ receiver up to 1 mile away.
This device only detects vehicles, reducing false alarms from deer or other large animals. It uses three CR123a batteries so users can avoid any issues with inconsistent solar panels.
RE-4k PLUS RECEIVER
The included receiver can play 16 different tones once activated to signal different zones. The device plugs into a standard wall outlet and can be placed on a table or wall-mounted. It features two form C relays and a 12v output.
