Now you can stop devastating water damage from a leaking dishwasher, toilet, or any other 3/8"" supplied water product using Floodstop's 3/8"" compression water auto shutoff model.
As soon as the FloodStop sensor(s) detect a small amount of water, the FloodStop will automatically close the water valve and sound an alarm. This is much better than traditional water sensors that simply make noise. With the FloodStop the source of damage (water) will be immediately dealt with.
There is also a normally open (NO) outputthat can be connected to an alarm panel, automation system or an auto-dialer if desired. This connection can also be used to automatically turn off pumps or appliances when a leak is detected by adding an Insteon 2450 IOLinc and appliance module for example.
The Floodstop auto water shut-off runs on AC power using the included AC adapter, with battery backup in case of power failure.
