Sink overflows or related leaks can start small and go unnoticed until the water starts to leak through the floor or out of a cabinet. Floodstop for sinks can prevent major damage and installs easily in minutes.
As soon as the FloodStop sensor(s) detect a small amount of water, the FloodStop will automatically close the water valve and sound an alarm. This is much better than traditional water sensors that simply make noise. With the FloodStop the source of damage (water) will be immediately dealt with.
There are also a set of normally closed (NC) alarm outputs / contactsthat can be connected to an alarm panel, automation system or an auto-dialer if desired! This connection can also be used to automatically turn off pumps or appliances when a leak is detected.

- When leak is detected, alarm sounds and water supply is automatically shut off
- Can be connected to alarm or automation system with the on-board alarm output if desired
- Controller mounts on wall, sensor is placed at the base of the fixture
- IAPMO certified for health, lead free and Universal Plumbing Code
- UL certified as a plumbing accessory
- Power supplies are certified for Canada and USA
