The Aeotec SmartThings Multi Purpose Sensor is a compact Zigbee sensor that works with SmartThings. It can be placed on a door, window, drawer or cupboard to detect opening and closing.
The Multipurpose Sensor also has a built in temperature sensor and vibration sensor. Monitor room temperatures around the home while protecting doors or setting up automation routines with your customer's SmartThings hub to turn lights on and off.
Aeotec is now manufacturing SmartThings hubs and sensors that work with the SmartThings app.
