Este convertidor serie a IP de 4 puertos permite el control remoto de diferentes dispositivos RS232 a través de una red IP. El adaptador serie sobre LAN es altamente personalizable mediante el software complementario para Windows, Device Server Manager (DSM), que permite la creación de puertos COM virtuales, lo que facilita la migración fluida de aplicaciones serie existentes. Dimensiones: 18 x 5,8 x 2,3 cm. El convertidor está alojado en una carcasa metálica para mayor durabilidad en entornos hostiles. Incluye todo el hardware necesario para montaje en pared y riel DIN. El convertidor cuenta con dos opciones de alimentación, conector de CC y bloque de terminales. Se incluye un adaptador de corriente universal. Un puerto Ethernet RJ45 de 10/100 Mbps compatible con los protocolos Telnet Server (RFC2217), TCP Server, TCP Client y UDP. También es compatible con protección contra sobretensiones ESD de nivel 4 y puede proporcionar 5 V CC a través del pin 9 si es necesario.
