The M12 X-Code modular plug is field terminable for use with industrial grade, 26/7 - 22/7 AWG stranded, Cat 6A, UTP or shielded copper cable. This plug is constructed of a zinc cast housing with a 360° shield. The plug has an ingress protection rating of IP65/IP67 and offers an extended temperature range as required for more demanding applications. It is easily attachable without any special tools and is capable of termination to a 2-pair stranded or solid twisted-pair copper cable.
