The HomeSeer LS100 G8 ZWave Long Range Water/Leak sensor is a floor-level water and leak detector with ZWave smart home hubs to provide extended security. Featuring ZWave Plus and ZWave LR (Long Range) operation over 30dBm and up to 1-mile line-of-sight range, you can monitor even distant on-site areas like garages, sheds, barns, workshops, and more; all without having to manipulate hubs or add signal boosters. Can also be used to sense dryness for areas that require consistent moistness like drip pans or indoor soil flats; and the optional magnetic mount with probe allows the LS100 to be mounted away from monitored areas, perfect for measuring and alarming when water levels are critical in appliances like water heaters, water softeners, aquariums, indoor water pumps, and more. Uses standard lithium batteries (included). Compatible with ZWave certified home hubs or controllers.
