The Alfred ML2 Motise Lock with Bluetooth and RFID is a smart lock designed for mortise lock form factors for a premium, high-end look and feel. The retrofit design easily installs above most existing mortise locks, and supports all major keyways and high security cylinder systems
Optional upgrades can integrate Alfred locks into a wide variety of smart home devices—the Z-Wave 800 Series LR module (sold separately) allows for connection to Z-Wave certified platforms like the Ring alarm, Alarm.com with Z-Wave, SmartThings, Hubitat, Ezlo, Vera and more.
Optional WiFi bridge enables remote app control, wireless updates, and integration with popular voice assistants like Google Home Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
The free iOS and Android apps from Alfred allow for local programming and control of the lock without the need for the lock to connect to WiFi or Internet.
Up to 250 PIN codes, 250 RFID (MIFARE) cards and unlimited Bluetooth access keys, users can create permanent, one-time use, or time restricted codes. One-touch unlock combined with geofencing allows the user to easily unlock the door when coming home, and automatically lock when leaving.
Mechanical key override and a rechargeable Li-on battery power pack ensures operation even in power-outages. Meets residential high-rise fire and emergency egress codes (3HR Fire). Includes built-in speaker for automatic voice prompting on entry.
PLEASE NOTE: Optional WiFi bridge required for remote control, alerts or integrations. Bluetooth keys do not require WiFi module. Z-Wave module also allows for remote alerts and control when used with a Z-Wave smart hub (sold separately). Package includes smart panel only, mortise lock hardware is not included, see ML2-LB-BL-KIT for a full hardware lock kit.
