Its Pet-immunity with Target Specific Imaging allows the sensor to distinguish the difference between people and pets weighing up to 85lbs (38 kg). The Fresnel and cylindrical lenses on the unit give uniform detection sensitivity that covers up to 12m (39 feet) with no need of vertical adjustment.
As a PowerG device, the motion detector can take advantage of the various features provided by it. Multi-channel Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum technology prevents interference from happening with other technologies. Time Division Multiple Access lets devices share the same frequency and prevents message collisions from occurring. A 128 bit AES encryption ensures a high level of protection against analysis tools and digital attacks. The Adaptive Transmission Power feature assists in battery power preservation, letting you get the most out of your device.
