The Milestone Husky X2 is a 2U rack mountable plug-n-play network video recorder with a built-in PoE+ switch and input/output connector. With a verified continuous recording throughput of more than 550 Mbit/s, it provides the power and scalability required in most small to mid-market surveillance installations. The Milestone Husky X2 comes with pre-installed XProtect VMS, allowing everyone to start right with the free XProtect Essential+ or any other XProtect VMS version.

Plug-n-play
The built-in managed 16 port PoE+ switch ensures the easy connection of cameras and other security devices, eliminating the need for additional equipment. The PoE provides PoE+ on all ports with 250W of total power. The switch provides important security functions such as port MAC address locking.
Integrated I/O connectors makes it easy to connect detectors and alarm triggers to the unit and to control external devices.
Low total cost of ownership
Efficient Intel® i3 Skylake CPU and onboard GPU make the most of the XProtect VMS, while minimizing power consumption and heat emission.
A single Milestone Husky X2 offers a proven capacity of more than 130 cameras per unit and delivers more than 550 Mbit/s continuous recording throughput.
Includes two disk bays supporting up to 20 TB total storage.
