The Fault Trapper TFT100 can make your life much simpler by identifying the type of fault and identifying when it happens as well as WHERE it happens.
The Fault trapper uses a technology called Spread Spectrum Time Domain Reflectometry (SSTDR) to monitor live energized circuits and capture the time and distance to the fault, isolating intermittent or persistent opens, shorts and arc faults.
These events are stored in memory for later investigation, allowing for unattended monitoring of energized dedicated circuits to locate the fault on the line. The in-line 40 Amp module isolates the circuit breaker from the breaker panel and all other circuits.
