The SLX-AD-T3 is an Interlogix and Qolsys 319.5 MHz compatible wireless sensor. It installs next to an existing smoke or Co detector and listens for the temporal alarm pattern. When triggered it will send a signal back to the Interlogix or Qolsys 319.5 MHz compatible alarm panel zone.
This allows existing smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors to be monitored by these pro series alarm systems.
In the case of interconnected smoke alarms, only one FireFighter is needed since all will sound at the same time when smoke is detected.
SLX-AD-T3 FireFighter Features:
- Compatible with 319.5 Mhz wireless protocol
- Does not impact UL or Fire Marshall approval of existing smoke detectors
- Unique algorithm monitors alarm activity from existing UL smoke detectors (USA/Canada)
- Provides system notification of alarm from existing UL smoke alarms
- Listens for distinct UL required smoke alarm tone patterns, temporal 3
- 4-year battery life with CR123A battery
