The U329-000-10G lets you connect a device with USB-C capabilities, such as a smartphone, tablet or hard drive, to the USB-A port on your PC, laptop or USB hub. The palm-sized adapter fits to the end of a USB-C cable, giving you maximum flexibility and more opportunities to share data or charge your phone using a USB-A laptop or wall charger. Ideal for keeping up with newer smartphones and other devices that have a USB-C port and come with a USB-C cable.
Transfers Data at Fast USB 3.2 Gen 2 Speeds
This USB adapter supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 data transfer speeds up to 10 Gbps, which is twice as fast as USB 3.2 Gen 1 and 20 times faster than USB 2.0. It also produces up to 0.9A for charging and powering mobile devices. The U329-000-10G is backward compatible with previous USB generations, so you can continue using older devices while getting high-speed performance from new devices. Note: The U329-000-10G is intended for transferring data. It is not capable of transmitting video.

The plug-and-play USB 3.2 Gen 2 adapter is specifically designed to accept USB-C and Thunderbolt 3 plugs from a wide variety of cables, hubs, hard drives, adapters and other compatible devices.
