The Resideo Braukmann L5 WiFi Water Leak Shutoff Valve protects your home against water leaks. The water valve automatically shuts off the water flow, protecting your home from potential damage, when the included sensor cable detects a water leak.
A Resideo Water CHW3610W8001/U Leak and Freeze Detector(s) may be added to detect water leaks in other locations in the home to expand your protection.
The free iOS and Android apps provide water leak notifications as well as letting you see valve and sensor status. You can also open or close the valve remotely using the app.
